Chalo is solving a real-world problem that affects 200 million Indians every day and, on the way, creating India’s largest mobility company. As we take up this challenge, our focus is on the Karnataka market where Chalo is working towards making every passenger ride cashless and our buses truly digital. To help us achieve this, we are looking for a City CEO for Mangaluru. We believe buses are the future for safe travel and we are working hard to make it safer than rail or air travel.
Responsibilities
- Managing city operations, scaling the business by working with existing partners, and getting new partners on board.
- Recruitment, training and management of field operations team, field technicians etc
- Track and deliver key metrics for the company post launch eg: bus availability, app downloads, tickets sold and revenue
- Expand opportunity for Chalo solutions in the city across related use cases
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Local language proficiency is must
