Additional kilometres beyond the agreed limit are charged at a per-km rate, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. These charges are settled at the end of the trip.

Since all Chalo buses are 100% electric, there are no fuel charges. Toll and parking charges are not included in the base rental and will be borne by the customer on actuals during the trip.
