Terms and Conditions

  • 1. The 'Lollapalooza India Travel Pass' ('Pass') is valid only on special 'Chalo Bus' services operated by Chalo Mobility Private Limited ('Chalo') to and from the Lollapalooza India festival to be held at Mumbai on 27 and 28 Jan 2024.
  • 2. Each pass is valid only for one individual, identified by their name and mobile number as submitted at the of purchase, and for the service timings and dates selected at the time of purchase.
  • 3. Chalo reserves the right to ask for a government-issued photo identification card to establish the identity of the passenger or deny boarding if the passenger is unable to produce sufficient identification proof.
  • 4. Chalo reserves the right to deny boarding or offload any passenger in the interest of other passengers' safety and security. In such an event the ticket fare will not be refunded.
  • 5. Chalo reserves the right to modify timings and routes without notice and for any reason whatsoever.
  • 6. Chalo reserves the right to cancel any or all services at any time without notice and for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, the ticket fare will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 30 days. Payment gateway transaction charges, if any, will not be refunded.
  • 7. Chalo reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any / all of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • 8. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the usage of the Pass shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Chalo.
  • By purchasing this Pass, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions as specified above in total
